Prime arable land and a share in a dairy factory, all located close to the Chinese border, will be given to the group on the basis of a milk and feed supply agreement at market prices. Primoriye arable land is well suited for growing soybeans, corn and rice. Local milk prices are in excess of U.S. $0.50/kilogram farm gate.
